We are seeking a actively licensed motivated Insurance Agent to join our team to service our Haitian clientele. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling insurance policies to new and existing Haitian clients while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
- Conduct sales administration tasks to support the insurance sales process
- Engage in outside sales activities to attract new clients
- Utilize sales techniques to negotiate and close deals effectively
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
- Communicate policy features and benefits clearly to clients
- Utilize bilingual skills if applicable to assist a diverse range of customers
- Apply retail sales strategies to promote insurance products
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations when handling client information
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in insurance sales
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues
- Ability to negotiate and close deals successfully
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations related to insurance practices
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus for serving diverse clientele
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: $600/Wk Base Pay Plus Commissions ($60-$80K Annually)
