Responsibilities:
Engage with customers planning long-distance interstate moves and guide them through the phone-based estimation process.
Conduct detailed, room-by-room walk-through estimates to assess moving needs.
Provide accurate quotes and help customers choose our services over competitors.
Match clients with reliable, vetted moving companies that meet their relocation needs.
Build strong relationships through transparency, follow-ups, and exceptional service.
Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
Requirements:
Industry experience required – must have prior experience as a moving broker or in a related sales / closer role.
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the moving / logistics industry, fundraising, recruitment or insurance.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections decisively.
Self-motivated with a competitive drive to close deals.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales software.
