TD Commercial Group is seeking hard-working salespeople for our Downtown Fort Lauderdale, FL office. Ideal candidates must have a strong Commercial Real Estate background and familiar with NNN investments. Candidates must be self-motivated, tenacious and entrepreneurial by nature, who are seeking to transition their career to the next level. Responsibilities include: negotiations, prospecting, market research, deal making, and transaction management. Six figure incomes are a near certainty in an agent's second year and senior agents achieve mid to high six and low seven figure annual incomes. Everyone of our agents last year made over six figures, and this year will be our best year yet. Our Biggest Value is that we provide agents all the leads, tools, and programs required to make your dreams a reality. Our Agents don't spend time researching leads and can focus on DealMaking.
