PT Receptionist for a thriving optical office/store.
Requirements: You are the face of the office. Professional attire and attitude is paramount
Must greet all patients immediately.
Answer phones, book appts., speak to vendors, file, (billing insurance a plus) but not mandatory, sales experience helpful, light cleaning.
Multi-task and eager to learn. We can teach you our optical program however basic knowledge of computers is important.
Communicate with Optical Manager, Doctor.
Entry(if eager to learn) - Mid level
Must, must, must be on time and have reliable transportation.
