Job Description:

A busy professional seeks a trustworthy and resourceful Personal/Office Assistant to work from my home, 4 hours per day (10AM to 2PM), Monday to Saturday. You will help manage office work, coordinate with drivers, and assist with personal and administrative tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Bookeeping skills desired

Update and organize physical and digital files

Collect, verify, and maintain documents from drivers

Monitor drivers’ Proof of Delivery (POD) status and provide updates

Make calls to drivers regarding schedules and documentation

Handle confidential and sensitive information

Provide general personal assistant support as assigned (errands, scheduling, etc.)

Perform other administrative duties as directed

Candidate Requirements:

Excellent organization and communication skills

High level of trustworthiness and discretion

Computer proficiency (Word/Excel/email)

Proactive, flexible, and able to work independently from my home

Experience in admin, logistics, or as a personal assistant preferred

Written and Spoken English and Spanish required

Working Hours:

10:00 AM–2:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
