1. Oversee the daily operations of the office, including managing files, records, and documents.
2. Schedule training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of office staff.
3. Serve as the front desk point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees.
4. Ensure efficient and effective medical office management, including maintaining patient records and confidentiality.
5. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and proficiency in phone systems.
6. Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
7. Supervise and provide guidance to office staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
8. Manage a multidisciplinary team of nurses, therapists, and aides that provide professional serices to home care patients
9. Coordinating clinician schedules and assigning clinicians to patients based on the frequency and expected duration of prescribed treatments and therapies
10. Monitoring utilization, productivity, and tracking patient outcomes
11. Answering the telephone and performing intake
12. Initiating the hiring process for caregivers including processing applications, background screening, testing, interviewing and reference validation
13. Orienting caregivers and maintaining current caregiver files in accordance with policies and procedures
14. Perform LiveScan Fingerprinting services
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office setting or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of medical office procedures and terminology is preferred.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in team management.
