We are seeking a bilingual English and Spanish dedicated and detail-oriented Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting clients with inquiries, managing data entry, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person with professionalism and empathy.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate client records.
Conduct outbound calling to follow up on client needs and provide information about services.
Collaborate with team members to resolve client issues and enhance service delivery.
Utilize computerized systems for tracking customer interactions and managing client accounts.
Provide bilingual support as needed to assist diverse clientele.
Maintain a clean and organized office environment while adhering to company policies.
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service or client services is preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly.
Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office software applications.
Experience in cash handling is a plus.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to healthcare services.
