Key Responsibilities:
-Admin: answering and redirecting calls, send purchase orders, draft emails, scan receipts, fill out forms
-Social Media Content: Create and post engaging content on social media to increase brand awareness.
-Marketplace Advertising: List and manage product advertisements on online marketplaces.
-Licensing and Permits: Assist clients with obtaining food truck licensing and permits
-Appointment Management: Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments with prospects.
-Showroom Engagement: Welcome and inform prospects in our showroom.
-Team Collaboration: Communicate with technician to coordinate repairs, drop offs, collections and deliveries. Work with our digital marketing team on projects and campaigns.
-Documentation: Prepare floor plans, invoices, and closing documents.
-Design Skills (Preferred): CAD, Sketchup, or similar software skills are a plus.
-Training Provided: CRM, product, and sales training.
Qualifications:
-Fluent in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus).
-Marketing experience is a plus but not required.
-Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
