Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals
Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across social media channels
Monitor and engage with the audience, responding to comments and inquiries in a timely manner
Analyze and report on social media metrics and performance, adjusting strategies as needed
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
Plan and execute social media campaigns to drive engagement and brand awareness
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media best practices
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics)
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
