Condominium in Delray Beach is currently interviewing for janitorial / maintenance man for common area maintenance (not inside individual units). Position requires ability to lift approximately 70 pounds and push dumpsters that weigh approximately 500 pounds.
Must have at least 3 years prior experience in a similar role for a condominium. The position requires leadership and communication in English and Spanish.
Work Hours 7:30am - 12:30pm - Monday through Saturday .
30 hours per week
Pay is $14 per hour
