We're hiring a dependable person who is an eager maintenance person who is not afraid to work and get their hands dirty.
This position is for someone who is active, likes to keep busy, organized and follow instructions.
Will be inside and outside, must be able to handle small tasks like, leaky faucet, water plants, spray for bugs, assemble furniture, clean gutters, repair drywall, painting, tasks may vary.
Must communicate well, have good common sense, and is reliable and trustworthy. Should be able to work alone without supervision, I don't have time to babysit.
You must have a valid phone number to be contacted with a valid ID.
Starting at $19. an hour at 20 to 40 hours a week.
We're located in City of Delray Beach near Swinton and Linton. Must have own transportation unless you live across the street.
Will run a background check.
