Looking to fill full time position for a person with knowledge in one or more of these trades. Home maintenance/ handyman, home inspection , property management, home repair.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test. Must have a valid Florida drivers license and be insurable.
This position requires a lot of walking and climbing stairs. You must have at least basic knowledge of AC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, pool and landscape care. Be able to plan your work day from a provided schedule, follow and maintain communication from notes or calendar events, do quick on the spot troubleshooting and designate to proper resource.
Minimum of 40 hours,, lunch, vehicle, shirts, tools 401k and insurance provided after probation period.
