Eastern shores white house is seeking a maintenance person to head our maintenance team.
We are a condo building located in North miami beach with 120 units.
JOB DESCRIPTION/must have knowledge of:
1.Plumbing
2.Air conditioning
3.Electrical
4.Commercial washers and dryers
5.Concrete restoration/Wall patching
6.Elevators
7.Roof fans
8.Pool maintenace
9.Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
