Residential/Commercial repair/renovation
We are a family-owned Home Improvement, Mold Remediation and Home Inspection company performing work for residential and commercial properties. We are looking for a handyman helper to assist with many tasks. We perform, but not limited to, drywall repair, wall construction, painting, pressure cleaning, tiling, and misc. cabinet/door repair.
Construction experience is necessary. Will further train the right candidate.
Manual labor is required. Physical strength and endurance to go up and down the stairs, lift at least 75 lbs, walk, stand, bend, climb, stretch, reach on a sustained basis. Basic hand tool knowledge is also required.
Must be a detail-oriented, motivated individual able to work with others or independently.
Must be able to train/assist junior members so that they too will advance. Opportunities for growth and advancement are available.
Proper grooming and a professional appearance a must. There is an outlined dress code.
MUST possess (and maintain) reliable transportation, and a valid/clear FL Driver’s License. A background check may be required at employer’s expense.
You must have reliable/dedicated transportation to work (no ride-share, or "borrowed" (family/girlfriend/room-mate) car.
Fluent English not necessary.
Handyman a plus.
Our work days are based on an 8 hour work day, however, our hours can vary between start from 6am-2pm, or 8am-4pm based on the client. Sometimes, an overnight is required at which it is paid at time and ½. All is arranged ahead of time to allow for planning.
$20/hr. pay based on skill level and passing the trial period paid at $15/hr. during that period.
