We’re Hiring: Field Supervisor – Assistant Project Manager
Are you fluent in English (Spanish is a huge plus!) and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We’re a construction company looking for a Field Supervisor to partner with our Scheduling and Project Management teams.
In this role, you’ll be our “eyes and ears” in the field — supervising projects, interacting with clients, preparing estimates, and providing administrative support to keep everything running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise jobs according to schedules assigned by the Scheduling Team.
Perform small tasks to ensure service completion when subcontractors fall short.
Report incidents to the responsible coworker/contractor and copy the Scheduling Team.
Track all correction requests until the job is fully resolved.
Handle additional errands as needed to ensure quality job execution.
Liaise with Property Managers/Supervisors to align job supervision activities.
Promote Blue Coast’s services to clients to generate additional work and leads.
Assist the Project Manager in monitoring project progress and timelines.
Manage apps and platforms to track estimate requests and preparation.
Prepare estimates: take measurements, inspect properties, and develop quotes.
Follow up with subcontractors and suppliers regarding cost estimates and proposals.
Research vendors and secure materials, equipment, and services.
Coordinate permit applications and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Maintain the Project Manager’s calendar, meetings, and site visits.
Organize and prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations.
Facilitate communication between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Assist with monitoring budgets, purchase orders, and estimating processes.
Attend project meetings, record notes, and distribute action items.
