Cleaner &Housekeeper $700 Week: Free rent & meals, Free utilities & high speed wifi:

If we had all of our wishes we would like a responsible, caring and hard working person to fill a dual role as a: Nanny, housekeeper and home manager for a mom that works from home. The ideal candidate speaks both English and Spanish, can drive and is willing to live in a large, beautiful home with a pool and live rent free and your food is free too. You will have a private bedroom with your own private bathroom.
Responsibilities:
- Helping get our 3 children (3,6,8) dressed and ready for school in the morning
- cleaning and maintaining our home while they are in school
- picking up the kids from school (ideal but not required)
- Can cook and make dinner
-grocery shopping, returns errands
Ideal candidate lives in our home so that should we go out at night after the kids are in bed you will be home and babysit.
Hours:
- Monday- Friday: work daily 8 hours in the 7 AM - 6pm (person is welcome to go to the gym or do personal things middle of the day, flexible with timing but expect around an 8 hour day .
-Need help getting kids to school so need a 7am start and need the person home when my kids get home from 3-6pm)
- Flexible/Negotiable Hours: We are willing to adjust hours to fit the right candidate's schedule.
Ideal candidate:
- is responsible, punctual, and dependable.
- has experience as a nanny and/or cleaner with at least 1 reference I can speak to
- Has a warm and caring demeanor with excellent communication skills
someone who loves kids
Ability and willingness to do all the cleaning in our home, have experience with deep cleaning
Is a good cook
Can drive (a big plus if you have a car or else you use ours)
Speaks both Spanish and English (would love for the children to be spoken to in Spanish)
Is willing to travel with us at least domestically
Compensation: $700 weekly, Free rent, Free meals, Free utilities and high speed wifi
