Why You’ll Love Working With Us:

- Positive, supportive work culture — our team is professional, kind, and respectful.

- Full-time position (32 to 40 hours/wk), starting ASAP.

- A beautiful, modern, and clean office you’ll love working in!

- Single location - no need to travel to multiple offices!

- Cross-trained position — variety in your day between assisting and front office tasks (we will train the right person).

- Consistent work schedule for great work-life balance:

Tuesday–Friday, 7:45 AM–6 PM

Up to two Saturdays per month, 7:45 AM–1 PM (which means 3-day weekends every other week!)

- Dental benefits and paid time off (PTO) available, depending on tenure.

- Compensation:

Competitive hourly rate based on experience and skills — STARTING $19/hr (negotiable depending on qualifications).

What We’re Looking For:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Highly organized and detail-oriented — someone who loves keeping things running smoothly.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

- Fluent in English (required); Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required.

- Dental assisting or front office experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate with a great attitude.

- Someone who is punctual, dependable, and professional.

A Day in the Life May Include:

- Assisting the doctor chairside for procedures.

- Taking digital x-rays, scans, and intraoral photos (if certified).

- Sterilizing instruments and maintaining a clean work environment.

- Greeting and checking in patients with warmth and professionalism.

- Scheduling appointments and verifying insurance benefits.

- Ensuring our patients feel comfortable, cared for, and informed during every visit.

How to Apply (Please Follow Carefully):

If this sounds like your dream job, please email your resume as a PDF and change the subject line to “I’m a 10!” (others will not be considered).

We can’t wait to meet the right person for our team!
