We are looking for a passionate and experienced kitchen manager to lead our culinary team. As the kitchen manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring the quality and consistency of our dishes while maintaining the essence and values of our restaurant. Also working the line a long side with the team to asure quality and standards and to cover days off.
Responsibilities:
Manage food inventory, prepare production charts, and oversee the purchase orders to ensure products arrive fresh, of high quality, and are stored correctly.
Supervise and train kitchen staff, promoting a positive and efficient work environment.
Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in the kitchen, complying with local regulations.
Collaborate with the restaurant management team to set sales and cost objectives, and work strategically to achieve them.
Requirements:
A minimum of 5 year of experience in a kitchen leadership position.
Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
Deep knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
Start immediately. Paid Bi-weekly.
Food manager certificate.
