Need experience
Line cooks- cook and prepare food on the line for theRestaurant. Prefer to know how to read the KDS system, kitchen display system and working fast pace, clean and efficient manner.
Preps- prepare food for line to cook, assist line cooks with keeping food stocked on line for speeding executions.
Expo- call out and plate orders as they come in on the KDS. Keep Line cooks on track of orders as they come in to assure food is being prepared in a timely fashion.
Have a Safe Serve certificate or willing to get one in the first two months.
