Seeking a skilled Line Cook with deli experience for a high-volume café at Valencia Pointe. Must be fast, organized, and experienced in short-order cooking, sandwich and salad prep, and handling deli meats and cheeses.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook breakfast/lunch items, including eggs, sandwiches, and salads.
Slice, portion, and assemble deli meats, cheeses, and fresh ingredients.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced café and deli environment with high order volume.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow strict food safety guidelines.
Assist with stocking, prep, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
Requirements:
Café or deli experience REQUIRED – must be skilled in handling deli meats and short-order cooking.
Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
Availability for morning and weekend shifts.
Team player with a strong work ethic and reliability.
