High end sushi restaurant is looking for an experienced sushi chef to help with the below tasks.
DUTIES:
Preparation of high-quality sushi and seafood menu items, including chopping, slicing, and filleting fish;
Assistance with creation of the restaurant menu;
Manage food costs, inventory, and kitchen budget;
Ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, and sanitation standards;
Maintain the quality and consistency of food preparation and presentation;
FAST and efficient at preparing sushi rolls (we are a high-volume location)
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
WE OFFER:
Flexible work schedule
Salary + CASH tips + Bonus ($3200 monthly, DAILY cash tips $50 minimum + $5000)
