A renowned local Italian bakery in the Oakland Park area is currently seeking a passionate and organized full time Kitchen Manager. The successful Kitchen Manager candidate will be responsible for assisting with staff management, food ordering, staff scheduling, food prep, menu prep, and leading the line. Experience with catering is a plus.
Requirements:
A positive attitude
Proven experience as a Cook or the equivalent through formal culinary education
Ability to provide leadership and work effectively in a team environment
Ability to work weekends and holidays
Compensation: Salary $60,000 - 75,000 per year depending on experience
