job detailsjob summary:A Scheduler/Planner is needed for a company that produces electronics and HVAC equipment for buildings in the Miami, FL area. The Planner Scheduler is responsible for managing and optimizing maintenance schedules, coordinating service requests, and ensuring compliance with client and contract requirements in facility management, using BMS and CMMS systems.location: Miami, Floridajob type: Contractsalary: $30 - 34 per hourwork hours: 8am to 4pmeducation: Associatesresponsibilities:

Maintain and manage work schedules for facility management teams and service contracts.

Schedule employees, contractors, and service equipment to optimize costs while meeting client and contract requirements.

Ensure schedules align with contract requirements and customer requests.

Utilize Building Management Systems (BMS) and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for work control processes.

Plan and schedule daily activities for maintenance teams, including work orders and subcontracted services.

Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with work orders and contract compliance.

Create work orders for service requests, preventive maintenance (PM), routine repairs, and corrective actions.

Skills:

Professional demeanor, honesty, and ethical conduct.

Positive attitude and strong communication skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and maintain attention to detail.

Proficient in computer skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access.

Experience using CMMS systems.

Capable of managing multiple projects with limited supervision.

Education and Experience:

Minimum Associate's degree in business administration or related field.

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Minimum of five years of related experience.
