The work:
Support clients through reinvention including reimagining work and workforce enabled by technology, automation and Gen AI capabilities
Lead change teams within large-scale reinvention programs, guiding clients through designing and embedding continuous change practices
Use data-driven insights to assess change readiness, adoption rates, and organizational sentiment
Design agile change strategies that will help companies shift their culture, adjust ways of working to be future-ready
Apply human-centered design principles to co-create change solutions and personalized change journeys with clients.
Use leading practice change tools and methodologies including:
Organizational change analytics and data visualization
Behavioral science practices
Agile change management methods and tools
Digital engagement, collaboration, and development tools and platforms
Help clients build lasting agile change capabilities at all levels of the organization to build organizational resiliency
Help Accenture with business development including proposals and build client relationships
Build our T&O practice by helping with market research, Points-of-View, capability development, thought capital, and knowledge management
Be ready to build those air miles with travel as needed
Here’s what you need:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in transformational change management
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Consulting, Advisory, or Project-based environments
Minimum of 2 years of Health Industry experience
Bonus points if:
Large scale consulting experience
You know everything there is to know about how to design, develop and roll out HR processes
You’re familiar with digital tools like HR Automation, Future Workforce Design and Analytics
Experience with: Change Analytics, Change Tracking, Design Thinking, Change Capability Development, Agile Change Management
