We are hiring a Financial Analyst to play a pivotal role to support various sales operations functions, including pipeline reviews, revenue forecasting, quota setting, and sales planning.Job Description:
Assist with pipeline reviews, updates, and monthly revenue outlooks.
Aid in quarterly/annual revenue forecasting and goal setting with leadership.
Support Multi-Year Strategic Outlook (MSO) activities.
Manage quota settings and resolve related queries with the compensation team.
Collaborate with Sales Ops to streamline and standardize sales operations.
Prepare for Quarterly and Monthly Business Reviews (QBR/MBR).
Track and report on deal performance to expedite revenue realization.
Enhance regional cash flow through proactive collections support.
Oversee sales planning and territory management.
Ensure adherence to revenue recognition and process policies.
Tackle ad-hoc projects for revenue optimization and sales insights.
Must-Have Qualifications:
7-10 years of work experience, including significant experience in financial management and strategic sales operations planning in a B2B high-growth sales environment.
Bachelors degree in Business or Finance
Strong working knowledge of CRM (MSFT Dynamics), MSFT Excel/Power Point and Tableau.
