Customer Service Representative

Description We are in search of a Customer Service Representative for a position in the Miami area. This opportunity is in the medical field. In this role, you will handle customer applications, maintain customer records, and manage inquiries. Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions will also be part of your responsibilities. The position requires the candidate to be bilingual in Spanish. The role includes a hybrid schedule and the person will be working a rotating schedule that includes weekends and evenings.Responsibilities: Deliver top-tier customer service by gaining a comprehensive understanding of our retail business operations. Take full responsibility to resolve customer issues and provide helpful solutions. Determine the root cause of customer inquiries by asking probing questions, leading to effective solutions. Utilize our customer relationship management tool for researching inquiries, documenting customer interactions, and issuing replacements. Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and text while maintaining updates on internal computer applications and systems. Bring a positive attitude to work every day, fostering a positive work environment. Generate product or service reports through the collection and analysis of customer information. Multitask by simultaneously reading, typing, and navigating through applications while interacting with customers. Demonstrate team player mentality, showing responsibility and reliability in all tasks. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.Requirements Proficiency in answering inbound calls effectively and professionally. Previous experience in a call center customer service environment is preferable. Strong customer service skills, including the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints. Accurate and efficient data entry capabilities. Ability to manage email correspondence professionally and promptly. Experience with both inbound and outbound calls. Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis. Familiarity with Microsoft Word for document creation and editing. Previous experience in order entry, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Ability to schedule appointments effectively, optimizing the use of time and resources.
