The Real Estate & Finance Office seeks a Team Member for front desk assistance with good communication skills and common sense.
Job Description:
Answer phone calls and greet walk-in customers
Manage and organize the conference room and front desk area
Scan contracts and email them to clients and team members
Dispatch service calls, collect and post rents, track shipments
Occasionally travel for educational seminars, property inspections, and posting notices
Additional Information:
Full-time, 40 hours per week
Cross-training in Real Estate and Finance industry for career growth
