Duties
Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
Assist customers with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting issues on E-commerce platforms.
Receiving and processing all customer returns from online sales.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using computerized systems.
Collaborate with sales and client services teams to resolve customer concerns effectively.
Uphold company standards for phone etiquette and professionalism in all communications.
Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the customer experience through feedback and proactive engagements.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a customer service or client support role is preferred.
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in using office software and computerized systems for record keeping.
Excellent phone etiquette with a friendly demeanor when interacting with customers.
Experience in E-commerce (i.e.- Amazon, Walmart, eBay) is a plus but not required.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
