Credit Repair Assistant - Work from the Office in Delray Beach

Position Overview: Monday to Friday 10AM to 7PM Est. $800 Salary paid weekly. Monday to Friday paid the following Friday weekly. Subcontractor no Taxes will be deducted.

Work in an office in our Delray Beach location

We’re looking for an independent, organized, and proactive assistant who can handle multiple tasks, keep systems updated, and follow directions with minimal hand-holding. This is not an entry-level position — the right candidate will be dependable, professional, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Client onboarding and follow-ups via phone, email, and text

Uploading and managing client documents in PandaDoc, Credit Repair Cloud, and Google Drive

Updating client notes and task statuses in CRM

Preparing and sending letters (Limited Contact Requests, Debt Validation, etc.)

Handling scheduling, reminders, and light customer service calls

Communicating clearly with team and clients in a professional manner

Following up on letters and notices clients receive from banks/creditors

Performing basic admin and tech-related tasks as assigned (e.g., setting up email templates, updating spreadsheets, etc.)

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Tech-savvy: Must know or be able to quickly learn tools like Google Workspace PandaDoc (Docusign), Credit Repair Cloud

Must be comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Ability to follow directions the first time and retain information

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic — must be dependable and consistent

Prior experience in credit repair, customer service, or financial services is a plus (N0t Needed)

Professional and pleasant attitude when working under pressure

Understands confidentiality and professionalism in client handling
