We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Loan Originator. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients in securing mortgage loans by evaluating their financial situation, explaining available loan products, and guiding them through the application process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of financial principles.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial status, including income, credit history, and debt-to-income ratio.
2.Educate clients on various loan products, including fixed-rate mortgages, adjustable-rate mortgages, FHA loans, VA 3.loans, jumbo loans, commercial loans, SBA Loans and business loans.
4.Analyze loan applications and supporting documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
5.Guide clients through the loan application process, answering questions and addressing concerns along the way.
6.Collaborate with underwriters, processors, and other internal stakeholders to expedite the loan approval process.
7.Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed of the status of their loan application and any additional requirements.
8. Assist in the preparation of loan closing documents and coordinate closings with clients and other parties involved.
Requirements:
1. 2-3 Years sales experience
2. Proficiency in using loan origination software and other relevant computer applications.
3. Current knowledge of lending regulations and compliance requirements.
4. A valid mortgage loan originator license.
