A Broward Publishing Company is seeking for a Bilingual (Spanish-English) Bookkeeping Clerk for a full time position in our offices in Sunrise, FL. Must have the following requirements:
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Proficient in using QuickBooks Desktop
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the organization
Prepare and process journal entries for various accounts
Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents
Generate financial reports and statements as needed
Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
SKILLS
MUST be fluent in English and Spanish (Both Spoke and Write)
Knowledge of basic accounting concepts such as debits, credits, and journal entries
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Prior experience as a bookkeeper or accounting clerk is preferred
Proficient using Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and Outlook
