Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Project Assistant in Longwood, Florida. The role is primarily in the industry where you will be required to provide support in various aspects of project management. The workplace is dynamic, providing opportunities for growth and development.Responsibilities: Assisting project teams with scope management and project planning Ensuring the successful execution of projects Handling and sending safety and closeout documents to customers Reviewing field employee timesheets and ensuring accuracy Driving project completion by assisting in project management tasks Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word for various tasks Managing timelines effectively to ensure project success Providing excellent customer service and resolving inquiries Performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently Organizing files and maintaining accurate records. Requirements Proficiency in Customer Service: The candidate must be skilled in interacting with clients, addressing their concerns, and providing effective solutions. Expertise in Data Entry: Accurate and efficient data entry is required, ensuring all information is correctly documented and updated. Mastery of Microsoft Excel: The applicant should have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and manipulation. Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook: The candidate should be adept at using Microsoft Outlook for scheduling, email management, and communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Word: The applicant must be proficient in using Microsoft Word for document creation, editing, and formatting. Organizing Files: The candidate should have skills in maintaining and organizing physical and digital files, ensuring information is easily accessible and secure.
