Interested? Read more about our opportunity below As a PMO Specialist you'll be responsible for project management functions and project coordination. The position is responsible for assisting projects with project management processes and tools to ensure materials are produced, executed and maintained in accordance with establish procedures and policies. A PMO Specialist should have a general understanding of Project Management best practices. They must be well organized, able to balance multiple tasks, work independently with minimal direct supervision, seek guidance as needed, and actively support PMO leadership. They should have experience overseeing coordination across a team; and helping to define processes.Work you'll do/Responsibilities
Lead deliverable management processes through tracking, monitoring, processing, and reporting deliverables ensuring timelines and contractual requirement are met. Conduct quality reviews
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including asset management, for new and departing team members
Define onboarding/offboarding activities that align with project requirements
Apply Deloitte policies, procedures, and guidelines to remain compliant against requirements prescribed within a contract
Support continuous improvements on the project that improve quality and efficiency
Create project and program communications
Gather and communicate project status with project stakeholders. Configure and maintain PMO applications and tools
Identify and work with appropriate project team members in order to resolve risks, action items, issues or decisions that may negatively impact a project or its deliverables
Create and maintain project schedules in compliance with industry scheduling standards and Deloitte's best practices

Bachelors' degree preferably in business related field and or equivalent professional work experience
3+ years of experience with PMO processes and methodologies along
Knowledge and skills with Microsoft Professional Suite (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint); and Microsoft Project
Experience with Agile methodologies
Ability to drive and facilitate discussions on scrum or agile best practices, workflows, and toolsusage
Experiencedeveloping and creating project plans that display project milestones in accordance with SDLC and PMP governance guidelines
Must be in your designated office location 10%-30% annually
Ability to travel 10% on average, based on the work you do, the clients you serve and industries/sectors you serve.
Must live near, or relocate to, the Lake Mary, FL; Gilbert, AZ; or Mechanicsburg, PA areas
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred
PMP, CAPM or PMI-ACP
