Looking for handyman to service 800 home management company with plenty of experience in rough and finish Carpentry, drywall patch, painting, minor plumbing, minor electrical, door repair etc. must have a pick up truck or be able to carry a door, Plywood or other materials from time to time. I try to have most delivered straight to the job. Being able to text a lot is a must. Looking for someone clean and polished in appearance because you will deal with tenant and homeowners daily. If you have other side work from time to time that’s ok. I will work with you. I expect you to have all your own tools for the most part. You will be required to wear company shirts. Having great customer skills is a must. Travel up to an hour away is required at times other weeks not so much. Pay is $26 per hour. Drive time and gas if over an hour drive.
