Responsibilities:
- Present a range of insurance policies to both individuals and businesses.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with clients.
- Assess clients’ needs to recommend the most appropriate insurance coverage.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving problems promptly.
- Keep current with industry developments and changes in insurance policies.
- Work with underwriters, claims adjusters, and other professionals to ensure smooth processing of policies and claims.
- Achieve or surpass sales goals and targets.
Requirements:
- Reside in FL or TX
- MUST Have a FL State License
- AHIP 2025 Certification
- Have a 2-15 or 2-40 License (E&O is a plus)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
- Proven experience as a Licensed Health/Life Insurance Agent
- Be comfortable and willing to "WFH" as well as face-to-face
- Additional State Licenses: FL, TX, GA, PA, AZ, WA, NC, MI (Preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to connect with clients and explain complex information clearly.
- Prior experience in outside sales or telemarketing is advantageous.
- Skills in negotiating and persuading clients to purchase insurance are essential.
- Knowledge of benefits administration and HIPAA regulations is a plus.
