Administrative Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
Answer phones, direct calls, resolve issues, maintain department files, enter batches of A/P invoices, process purchase orders.
Qualifications:
RECENT prior customer service. Ability to interact with the pubic, officials, vendors
Knowledge of basic office equipment, computer, fax, copy machine, printers
Strong phone skills with heavy incoming and outgoing calls
Knowledge of A/P and invoicing
Good organizational skills
MUST be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
Hours:
8-5pm
