The position hired will be dependent upon skillset. The work schedule for this position will consist of five 8-hour shifts and the hours will vary between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm, seven days a week.Responsibilities :
Level 1/2 troubleshooting of the Publix ATM and payment processing Infrastructure
Monitoring and responding to proactive alerts from enterprise devices.
Working directly with ATM vendors and Cash Couriers
Escalating high severity and chronic problems to management
Using an automated ticketing system to track deficiencies and dispatch techs onsite as needed.
Answering phones and logging incident records

For the Associate Technical Support Analyst level, High School diploma or equivalent
For the Technical Support Analyst level, Associate degree in Computer Science or in an analytical discipline, or equivalent experience
1+ years of experience in a service desk environment, technology support and/or knowledge of technology hardware or applications used in Publix stores, warehouses, or distribution facilities.
Ability to work varying shifts and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working on Windows desktop PCs and peripherals.
Current or previous Publix Retail experience
Current or previous experience supporting ATMs.
Experience using applications such as – AptraVision, UIM, B24, and Office
Experience remote troubleshooting of network cabling
