Hughes Trim LLC is looking for Experienced Carpenters that are Subcontractors with entities in good standing with the State of Florida. We are looking to establish a long positive working relationship. Working area will be in Ocala and Gainesville.

Finish Trim installer
Stair Carpenters
Summary of Position:
A Subcontractor should possess a fundamental understanding of Exterior Door installation and Interior Finish carpentry.
We are hiring Subcontractors for new residential interior finish carpentry. Doors, base, crown, stair systems and exterior door installs.
In addition:
Jobs pay by the total living sq.ft. Prices range per home depending on what upgrades are installed. Example upgrades, wood sills, crown molding, stair systems etc.
Homes pay between .27 to .50 per sq ft depending what all goes into the home. Example: Crown mold, Window sills, attic ladder, columns and so on. This price point includes trim 1, trim 2 and final after carpet. Three trips. Exterior doors and stair systems pay separate. Most of the crews we have average 3-5 homes per week.

Workers compensation or exemption

Must have complete set of finish carpentry tools
You must have good attitude
Produce clean quality work
The owner of the company must be on the job site at all times
