Suntree and Pineoaks MHP's are looking for an experienced maintenance man/woman to help with daily repairs and maintenance of our two properties. Hours are M-F 8-4, on call rotation with the other maintenance for emergency situations only after hours and weekends. We offer paid holidays which include 10 paid days, 401k, medical, vision and dental plans, 3 weeks paid vacation each year and 1 week paid sick time per year. We need someone who has knowledge of plumbing, simple electrical, drywall repair and in good health to assist with lawn maintenance, home clean outs and lifting with a partner.
