Full Time Boat Captain (Marathon)
Compensation: The pay is based on fishing trips plus all the tips earned.
We are looking for a experienced licensed Captain. This position is running a 32 Stamas with twin 250 Mercs. for Reef/Wreck, Offshore, Etc. You can check out our boats and trips on our website.
Responsibilities also include being reliable, show up prior to a trip and ensure all is ready for trips, cleaning the boat, basic maintenance such as rinsing the motor when returning, clean the floor of the boat, rinse exterior of the boat, remove garbage from the boat, checking battery cables, etc.
The Captain is responsible for his or her own transportation to and from the boat.
