Full-Time Boat Sales Professional needed at one of the largest new and pre-owned Boat Dealership In the keys. We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced sales professional.
You must have Prior sales experience required and Excellent communication and customer service skills. You must follow up with customers on a regular basis.
Compensation: This is a commission based position with the opportunity to make over 150k a year. We have current salesman making over 200k a year.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new customer opportunities through walk ups, networking, cold calling, and other lead-generation methods.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding THEIR needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals on a regular basis.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to effectively position products and services.
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in boat sales or car sales roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Experience in account management and business development is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
This is a high volume dealership with over 100 boats in stock at our 3-acre facility.
