The ideal candidate will be experienced in short-term rental cleaning, specifically in turnover cleanings between guests. The goal is to maintain a high level of cleanliness and create a welcoming, pristine environment for each new guest.
Key Responsibilities:
-Turnover cleaning after guest check-outs.
-Deep cleaning of all rooms (bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas).
-Change and launder all linens and towels.
-Restock essential items (toiletries, paper products, kitchen supplies).
-Trash and recycling removal.
-Ensure the property is organized and aesthetically presentable.
-Inspect for damages or missing items.
-Report any maintenance issues.
Requirements:
-Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to specific cleaning preferences.
-Prior experience in cleaning short-term rental properties or hotel environments.
-Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
-Excellent organizational and time management skills.
-Reliable transportation to the property location.
