A 5 day work week, topping out at no more than 40 hours/week out by 10:00pm, so no working to the wee hours!
Sundays and Mondays OFF, as well as most major holidays Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Day, New Year's Day, etc.
Our ideal new Team Member will have
proven cooking experience on a restaurant line
an excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment
advanced cooking and knife skills
an accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
desire to grow and excel in the hospitality industry
ability to follow direction and execute the vision of the restaurant
ability to work well on a team
You must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation and currently live in the lower Florida Keys (Big Pine to Key West).
