CEI Insector - Airport

AECOM is seeking highly talented, self-driven and motivated CEI Construction Services Inspectors to be based in the West Palm Beach, Florida area. The work will be at the four-airport system for Palm Beach County Department of Airports for their four airport system. You will work with a great team, that is very experienced, performing work for airport improvements.The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:Responsible for overseeing construction projects, as an inspector, making sure the contractor’s work is in compliance with the construction plans and specifications for airfield and landside civil and architectural projects, including taxiways, aprons, parking lots, roadways, bridges, and parking garagesMonitoring on site construction quality control testingConduct inspections, observations of construction progress and materials testing and checking construction workReceiving general supervision from and assisting the Senior Inspector in the performance of their dutiesResponsible for monitoring conformance to quality, performance, specifications, and/or code requirements by performing inspection dutiesPerforms daily field inspections and maintains inspection recordsParticipates in punch lists, testing, and commissioningTracks quality assurance progressWrite daily construction reports
