Description We are in search of an experienced Financial Analyst, Sr to be an integral part of our team. As a Financial Analyst, Sr, you will be tasked with conducting intricate financial analysis of various company-related issues and decisions, proposing strategies that enhance the company's financial results. This role is located in Juno Beach, Florida, 33408, United States.Responsibilities: Conduct complex analysis of financial impacts of specific decisions and issues facing the company Propose strategies that optimize the company's financial performance Analyze the impact of environmental and/or business issues on the company's financial structure, profitability, financial integrity, and competitive position Evaluate the impact of strategic and tactical resource allocation plans on the company's financial structure, profitability, financial integrity, and competitive position Understand and apply financial and accounting systems and concepts, and credit analysis to resolve issues Make recommendations on short and long-term financing decisions Interface with Regulatory Finance and Accounting areas of the company Mentor and guide others within the team Handle varied and complex projects and tasks. Requirements Proficiency in financial procedures and planning processes. Solid understanding and experience in finance. Experience in onboarding, staffing, and managing suppliers. Ability to perform ad hoc financial services and commission functions. Comfortable working onsite and managing an expense account. CPA certification required, MBA preferred. Familiarity with business unit operations and validation plans. Ability to analyze and report on financial performance. Experience in credit analysis. Knowledge of cyber security as it relates to finance. Familiarity with various accounting systems interfaces. Experience in resource allocation within a technical field. Knowledge of NIS and Nerc regulations. Experience managing a contingent workforce.
