We are seeking help with the following tasks:
This would be great for a 2-person (parenters) team also
- Property Maintenance: Visiting the residence to investigate maintenance issues and fixing the issue (running toilet, door locks, etc, within scope)
Must have reliable transporation
- Admin Assistance: Posting rental ads, making and receiving phone calls and emails
Can work from home with reliable internet, but ability to visit properties as wells is a plus
