We’re Looking For a hands-on leader to manage our laptop refurbishment team.
The ideal candidate is not just technically skilled, but also thinks strategically, understands operational priorities, and has a proactive mindset.
You should be someone who:
Naturally takes initiative and leads by example

Can prioritize tasks and help the team stay focused on goals
Understands how to diagnose and repair laptops/desktops at the component level
Is a team player who collaborates well across departments
Can train, motivate, and support technicians to meet quality and productivity goals
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the laptop repair team
Troubleshoot complex repair issues and guide team toward solutions
Monitor KPIs and identify areas for improvement in quality and turnaround time
Assign tasks strategically based on technician strengths and workflow needs
Onboard and train new team members
Maintain accurate production records and communicate status to leadership
Foster a positive, respectful, and high-performance culture within the team
Requirements
Strong technical background in laptop (Windows and Apple) repair
Ability to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Must pass drug test and background check
Must be familiar with Google Suites software (Primarily Sheets and Docs)
