Job Summary:
As an Artificial Turf Installation Crew Member, you will play a hands-on role in preparing and installing artificial turf for residential and commercial projects. This position involves physical labor, teamwork, and attention to detail to ensure every project meets our high-quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of job sites, including grading, compacting, and base installation.
Measure, cut, and seam artificial turf with precision.
Secure and install turf using adhesives, nails, and infill materials.
Operate tools and equipment such as compactors, turf cutters, and power tools.
Work efficiently as part of a team to complete projects on schedule.
Maintain a clean and organized worksite, following all safety protocols.
Qualifications:
Experience in landscaping, construction, or artificial turf installation is a plus but not required—training will be provided.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting 50+ lbs, kneeling, and working in various weather conditions.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.
Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
Willingness to learn and take direction from the Foreman and Crew Lead.
