We are a family owned and operated general contractor’s company located in sunny Jacksonville Beach, Florida. We are looking to expand our sales team, and bring in 4 to 5 new energetic, self-motivated individuals to join our team including 1 sales manager!
Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales activities to generate leads and close deals
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful account management
- Utilize a CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer information
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, a love for construction will stand out from the rest.
- Strong ability to negotiate and close deals
- Excellent analytical skills to understand market trends and customer needs
- Demonstrated ability in account management and building customer relationships
- Exceptional customer service skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Commission based with the opportunity to make up to $5,000 a week.
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
Travel requirement:
Up to 100% travel
