RestoreIQ Roofing and Construction is looking for qualified and experienced salespersons. You must have prior construction sales experience. The successful candidates should meet the following qualifications.
1. Understanding of roofing trade practices and products
2. Ability to generate leads and covert to sales
3. Knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft office, CRM software and other related industry software.
4. Meet established KPI’s to maximize success.
5. Capable of a leadership role.
We are offering salary plus commission based on contract price. Healthcare after 90 days and a 401k. Salary range from 13-18/hr plus commission range from 1.5% - 5% of the contract price. This is based on experience and your track record.
We are not looking for the high energy sales people. We are looking for qualified and professional company sales representatives. If you’re a storm chaser, we are not interested in your services. We would prefer people with a retail sales background. We are also hiring locally to Jacksonville. We are not entertaining any out of area applicants.
